We are currently hiring Assistant Service and Operations Supervisor for our Cornwall Team wherein you will oversee rental counter and administration to ensure streamlined and customer focused operations day to day.

  • Assist in supervising the day to day operations of rental counter
  • Ensure clear communication between Rentals and Service Centre.
  • Responsible for handling incoming calls and emails.
  • Review maintenance requirements (yard report and in-service ratios)
  • Ensure the service work is completed on time and within company guidelines
  • Responsible to dispatch mobile technicians or vendors for day time road calls
  • Coordinate and balance the work required for clients and operations
  • Prepare and complete yard consolidation report
  • Create work orders in our system and post the employee hours
  • Create and close cases in our CRM system for service and rentals (open cases for service, rentals open reservation, create pick up, create drop off and update trailer conditions)
  • Comply with the TIP Canada Health and Safety program including working in a safe and responsible manner
  • Knowledge of trailer/transportation industry
  • 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong computer skills and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Works well with others and takes initiative and a learner attitude
  • Ability to motivate and mentor, create a positive team work environment
